Chesapeake Bay Review Committee
Reviews some developments proposed in the Chesapeake Bay Preservation District (SPI-CBPD), which protects environmentally sensitive areas that play a vital role in reducing the amount of pollution that flows into the Chesapeake Bay.

Some forms of development may be reviewed administratively by city staff, while other forms may be required to be reviewed by the committee. Property owners can check if their property is subject to SPI-CBPD provisions by using the city’s GIS mapping system.

Meetings
