Aug. 25, 2017 - Registration is open for before- and after-school programs. Available for all elementary schools and middle-school students, activities include homework assistance, participation in supervised recreational activities and much more.
You can register in advance online or sign up at your child's school.
Healthy Families offers programs in most of the schools. Depending on start times, before-school care may be available in addition to after-school care. Costs are:
Before school: $20 a week for the first child; $17 for additional children
After school: $45 for the first child; $40 for additional children.
For parents who don't need care everyday, occasional care is also provided. A 5-day pass is available for both a.m. ($25) and p.m. ($50) care.
