$60 million redevelopment planned for Riverdale Shopping Center

Feb. 3, 2016 – A national developer has acquired and plans to invest $60 million in renovations and redevelopment of the aging Riverdale Shopping Center in the Coliseum Central area. It will be renamed Riverpointe and anchored by a Kroger Marketplace.
The Daily Press reported the pending sale in Tuesday's newspaper, and earlier reported that At Home, a national home décor and furniture store, would open a store in the center.
